A consultancy built on research, not just precedent.

P.L. Consultants (116442) brings together civil and structural design with environmental science under one roof. That combination is deliberate: the drainage system, the erosion control plan and the environmental monitoring report are rarely separate problems.

The practice is led by 3 engineers registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and the Natural Resources and Environment Board Sarawak — including 2 PhD holders in civil and environmental engineering whose research underpins how we model catchments, soil loss and pollutant transport in equatorial conditions.

We work for JKR Sarawak, the Department of Irrigation and Drainage, Sarawak Energy Berhad, Sarawak Metro, JBALB and RECODA, alongside private developers and contractors across Sarawak.

Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS)

Environmental and ESCP consultant across Phase 1 Samarahan & Serian Lines and the Red Line — site-specific EMP, site-specific ESCP, and design of check dams, silt traps and sediment ponds.

Sarawak Metro Environmental & ESCP

Drainage Improvement Works, Kampung Muhibbah & RPR Sri Aman

Civil & structural consultant to the Department of Irrigation and Drainage — design of the drainage system including culverts and sumps, extended to Sri Aman Sports Stadium and Taman Lalu Lintas.

Sistem Saliran, Taman Tiara, Sri Aman

New drainage system designed to resolve persistent flooding, including land acquisition issues and outlet verification with SRB. Delivered in collaboration with S.M Engineering Services.
