Ir. Dr. Law Puong Ling

Ir. Dr. Law leads the practice. He holds a Doctor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, spent 2 years as a post-doctoral research fellow with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and taught civil and environmental engineering at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak for 25 years, holding the post of Full Professor for 12 of them until his retirement in 2020.

He is a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate, an NREB-registered EIA consultant across civil engineering, environmental engineering and socioeconomics, and holds 3 granted Malaysian patents. His research on exposure modelling, phase separation and catchment management runs to more than 80 journal papers with over 1,000 citations.

Ts. Dr. Samuel Law Lik Ging

Ts. Dr. Samuel Law leads civil and structural delivery and heads the erosion and sediment control practice. His doctoral research at Swinburne University of Technology developed an Equatorial Soil Loss Equation and examined how tropical rainfall intensity and raindrop size distribution drive soil loss — work that directly informs how we size silt traps and check dams here rather than importing temperate-climate assumptions.

He is a Professional Technologist registered with MBOT in Atmospheric Science & Environment Technology, an NREB-registered EIA consultant in hydrology, water quality, water resources management and soil erosion, and a qualified Environmental Compliance Auditor. He is also a certified drone survey and mapping operator and a certified site safety supervisor.

Esther Law Lik Yee

Esther Law leads environmental delivery — EMP and EMR preparation, compliance auditing and monitoring programmes — while working as design engineer on the hydraulics and hydrology side of the firm's drainage and bridge commissions. She is currently completing a doctorate in civil engineering at Swinburne University of Technology.

She is registered with NREB Sarawak in civil engineering, is a qualified Environmental Compliance Auditor, and holds certification in drone survey and mapping, site safety supervision and Primavera P6 project management.
